Elizabeth Quinzio is a Realtor® with Keller Williams in Lewiston, Idaho, holding real estate licenses in Idaho, California, and Tennessee. She works with buyers and sellers across traditional stick-built homes, rural properties, and manufactured housing, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate the manufactured and modular home process with confidence.
In addition to her real estate practice, Elizabeth is a sales consultant with River Bend Homes in Lewiston, where she helps clients purchase KIT manufactured homes and understand how those homes fit into the bigger picture—land selection, zoning, utilities, foundations, timelines, and overall planning. Because manufactured homes involve more moving parts than most buyers expect, Elizabeth takes an education-first approach, helping clients understand what to ask, when to ask it, and how to avoid costly surprises.
Elizabeth’s expertise is grounded in real-world experience. She lives on rural acreage and has personally developed her own property from raw land—navigating the same questions her clients face around access, utilities, site preparation, and long-term planning. That hands-on experience allows her to guide clients with practical insight, not just theory. She has helped many buyers take land from an idea to a livable homesite and understands how each decision impacts the next.
